A young dynamic company, Youmanage launched a new online HR support concept. It specifically targets medium and small businesses who struggle with HR issues.
Initially Youmanage asked Midas to create a new corporate brochure for them. However, looking at their existing sales tools we quickly established that although the product was brilliant, they did not have a cohesive, inspiring or understandable message.
We refined communication of their product structure and proposition, and developed a whole range of marketing materials to launch and continue to sell their product.
We researched with HR managers and found their key concern was the amount of time spent sorting out paperwork and problems and not being able to focus on the main part of their job. The Youmanage product completely answered this problem. So we focused on asking how 'they managed' and then went on to answer their specific problems with a number of key insights.
This theme continued throughout the whole campaign, using specific touchpoints to target buyers and decision makers with other communication targeting the HR managers.
A new website and on-line demonstrations started to generate real enquiries from day one and continually increased through direct marketing, advertising and sales promotions.
